I had heard the name before but hadn't seen him. I get Netflix now so I decided to watch some of his stand up. He is pretty damn funny. And I Youtubed some of his other stuff afterwards. How did I not see this guy before now? If you like comedy and you haven't seen him, check him out.

Billy is great. One of my favorite comedians. I first became aware of him when he destroyed a raucous Philly crowd as part of one of the Opie and Anthony traveling virus tours. A little background, the O&A fans were known as "Pests" and they wreaked havoc. The original trolls. At this virus tour they had already pushed a couple of comedians off the stage and ruined their set. Bill wasn't having it.
He was on Breaking Bad? I watched that start to finish not too long ago. Was he the guy that pretended to be an inspector and convinced the guy that owned the car wash that it had all kinds of problems so that the guy would then sell it to Walter White? That's the only guy I can remember from the series that looked anything like him.
