I don't follow it. I've thought it was an Ole Miss person for a year or two now. It's tweeting guidelines go like this:
1) Always tweet the positives about OM
2) tweet a little bit of SEC news and stats (only stats where OM is in the top 5ish) to keep a thin veil of unbiasedness
3) never tweet about State unless its negative.

I did too until last week. He seemed so disappointed that LSU was losing. I remember one tweet that said, "Ok LSU it's time to wake up, the game has started." That is probably not the exact words but close. Therefore I believe he is a LSU fan
And the twitter manager for @hailstateFB needs to be removed. It is a joke. I, my friends, and other team's fans love to make fun of it. The person is trying to be funny but they are not.
