Anybody know how to track IP Addresses?

If you are trying to find someone's identity via IP and you aren't the FBI or a member ofAnonymousthen good luck. Best you could hope to do here is match an IP to an already registered user.
best you can hope to do is find out the users ISP. If it comes back as a user who has for example ATT then you are SOL. You might get lucky and have them connecting from a college campus or something and then you'd at least know the city.<div>
