Anybody know what rows in Section D are under the overhang?

if you are in the maroon chairbacks above Section D - those are in the 100's section.

...the water drips on Row 57, just in front of Row 58. The two to three highest rows just below the chairbacks are barely under the overhang, but any breeze in the face and you get wet.I'm in Row 59.
