I believe the second was a retaliation to the one Dean received while being tied up on the floor with a Union player. Everyone knows, the second one is always the one that gets caught. Union was taking a play out of the Wise playbook of doing everything short of murder when Dean tried to shoot. That reffing crew let things get out of hand early & often then tried to make it up by calling no see'm fouls. Just hope they rotate to a different district.
