We played it last year and it is a bad *** course. Very very long but it is not to tight. Greens are pretty good and are massive. Its pretty pricey but I think its worth the cash and I would play it again in a heart beat. The head pro is a Miss St grad too.

It say's its 8,191 yards from the tips???? Unless this course is at altitude of 11,000 feet I think you better listen to Sesh and move up a couple of boxes. </p>

some of the par 3's are in the 250 range from the back tees. we played from the 2nd to back tees and used no less than the 3 iron on all the par 3's. greens are the largest i've ever played on too. you could have a 40-50 YARD putt on some. on par 5's you will be hitting driver - 3 wood - 9 iron. its unreal

We figured it was the tips and then move in one, so we played from the purple tees. That was about 900 yards longer than the course and tees I used to regularly play. Hell, just look at hole three. From the purple tees it's a 202 yard par 3. It's 155 from the orange. It's a great course, but damn it started to suck having to grab a high iron out for every damn second shot on a par 4, no matter how good of a drive I hit.

Save a few bucks and drive 25 miles NE to Oneonta to play Limestone Springs. It is usually rated as one of the Top 100 public courses in the country. It is a bit out of the way, but it is much better than Ross Bridge. Limestone Springs wont be a 5 hour round either.

They had a tough summer and changed supers two week ago. As far as Ross Bridge, big and boring but in very good condition. 8000 yards, why?
