Want to explain the SEC basketball scheduling to me. I know the east and west have been done away with. I know we have the *luxury* of playing UK twice. I know we have the benefit of playing the Pigs just once @home. After watching the game last night @ Coleman I looked at the schedule to see when we played those ***** (Bama) again @ home & realized we don't even play those ***** again. Wtf is up with this schedule?

I think you have one permanent opponent (Ole Miss for us) and you rotate 4 other opponents for home and home. Then the other 8 teams are just one game.

Not giving 2 permanent opponents was a bad call.

Not getting a home and away with Bama is a shame.

Thanks DS. Yes it is H4H. I don't need any more reason to hate their asses even more.

1 permanent opponent is easily the best way for a rotation to work. You play 1 permanent opponent twice and rotate 4 of the remaining 12 teams so you get each once every 3 years. If you played 2 permanent opponents, you'd have to rotate 3 out of 11 each year.

I would prefer the schedule that has two games with Bama, Vandy, South Carolina, Auburn and Georgia and no games with Florida and Kentucky.
