Yes & kinda.
It's decent sized in terms of the open area, but not a ton of actual seating. Between the loungers, hightops, and Sportsbar that backs up to it, I'd guess around 60-70 tops. People also sit at the machines and party pit tables as well when not being used. Best you're going to get around here, that's for sure. If you've ever been to some of the smaller strip Caesars books (Flamingo, Paris, Harrahs, PH etc), it's pretty similar, but you can view the screens from a rather large area well into the Casino.
During peak times they have 4 tellers & 4 kiosks open, and I assume they'll have it fully staffed for March Madness -- I plan to be there opening Thurs & Sat. I assume it will be hectic/crowded, just like any other book in America will be, regardless of size.
