Anyone else catch the Tebow show during warm-ups?

Looked like an over zealous graduate assistant throwing him passes for a solid 15mins. Tebow then play faked a dozen or so hand offs and caught short passes, and wrapped it up long snapping a few balls. The chicks in section F ate that **** right up.

they say that the best way to make any team is to be a good long snapper. maybe tebow knows he's going to have to do things other than QB in the NFL.

or maybe he was just having a good time as a college football player...

No, I think Tebow was just being the jackass he is. Riley cooper was kicking field goals while t-*** was TO-ing it up out there. That is typical florida for you. I have hated them with a passion my whole life and they do that **** all the time. And he did it with a big ***, self-righteous smile on his face.

That Tim Tebow is de Debil!!

/sarcasm off*

That's right, children...Zorak's back.

this seemed as good as any place to make this comment since I didn't really want to start a new thread about it. I was really surprised to see Chris Low report that Tebow skipped out on the press conference after the game. I know its not a big deal ultimately, but I think its pretty classless (violation of rule whatever, I know) for any athlete to do that. They should all know that that comes with the territory of being an athlete, and to bail out after a bad game just seems like a ****** thing to do to me. I also think its leaving your teammates out to dry cause they have to answer questions about why you aren't there and about the game you played, especially if you are a prominent player like Tebow. Anyway, I was just really surprised that he did that, and although I don't think he's God or that he hung the moon as some media members do, I did expect more from him.

//Off soapbox now.

He's had no problem having all the media suck his cock for the past three years, he should answer their questions after he has a bad game too.

If it were me, I would be "Yeah, I had a bad game, but we won, so I'll take it, and just get better next time".

The guy is clearly an egomaniac. I heard a story about how someone on ESPN said that Tebow would never play QB in the NFL- which I agree with unless it's a wildcat position- and Tebow actually called in to the show to confront the guy on the phone. This is another reason why I don't think he's going to make it in the NFL- when he goes to a team, he's going to be another rookie having to prove himself, and they're not going to care how many Heisman's, NC's, and starving children Bible school's you run. I'm not sure that he can handle it. And on top of it, now he has a history of concussions to go with his weak arm and awful throwing mechanics.

I had heard rumors that he was an egomaniac, but up until yesterday, I chalked it up as sour grapes and such because I had never heard of any real examples. After last night though, I absolutely believe it and agree that he is. Like patdog said, if you're gonna stand in front of the media after a win and after you play great, you damn sure need to be up there, maybe even more so, after a loss and a bad game. That's your job as a team leader. You gotta take the criticism if you're gonna take the praise.

You win the Heisman your soph year. You win the national championship TWICE. What, you're not supposed to have an ego now?

Child, please.
