If Lewis is our only big man in the game for an extended period against a decent team, things could get bad fast if our shooters are cold. Although we managed to hold it together, it almost happened against Arizona when Moultrie was in foul trouble and Sid was getting his hand worked on. You've got to love Lewis's effort and intensity, but despite his improvement he still can't score with his back to the basket and he has no jumpshot from any range. Without either Sid or Moultrie in the game with him, there is a minimal scoring threat in the low post so the defense can key on the guards, causing us to go into 3-point mode, and without Sid on the team the amount of time this situation is in play doubles. As much as some would like him gone, and as much reason there is for it, I think he's too valuable to the team right now despite it all.
