The SEC has never been as big or as highly thought of as it is now, and the CBS game is the only game every TV in America is guaranteed to get whether they have cable or not.

us on CBS anyway.

The ESPN primetime game is the biggest. CBS just pays a ton for one slot. That doesn't make it the best slot though.

<div>http://espn.go.com/college-football/team/stats/_/id/344/mississippi-state-bulldogs</div>Ballard has a good chance to get to 1,000 yards.<div>
</div><div>We have a chance to throw for 3,000 yards as a team.</div><div>
</div><div>We have a good chance to have more than 20 TD passes as a team.</div><div>
</div><div>Problems:</div><div>1)Relf's low rush avg.</div><div>2)our kickers inconsistency</div><div>3)Perkins only has 9 receptions</div><div>4)Ballard needs way more carries</div><div>5)Bumphis has got to get the ball more</div><div>
</div><div>I haven't heard it said before, but I think losing Hud has been the biggest blow to this team this year. Play calling has been mediocre at best at crucial points in the season so far.</div>

ESPN's coverage and production quality are infinitely better than CBS's. And I may be in the minority, but I have no use for Verne Lundquist.

StateUof MS, Hudspeth didn't call any plays while he was at State. I have no idea why people can't grasp that concept. Coaches are given the title of "passing game coordinator" and similar titles in order to get them a higher salary and because it looks better on a resume.

I can't help but cringe in fear of the inevitable meltdown on national television. I won't go so far as to say "We are Mstate..." buuuuuuuut........
