that these people are posting stuff about Cohen being mean after our biggest series win of the year?

I will say this- Tommy Raffo may have been better short term for the players, but the fact of the matter is we were eventually going to bring in someone who was going to have to do what Cohen is about to do anyway. I'm just thankful that we didn't let the baseball program get totally out of control before we made the proper change and ended up with a five year rebuilding job.

In the end, Cohen is the better choice long term for MSU.

Believe it or not, I agree with you. Actually, I think he's the better choice in the short term too.

I just think he's hurting himself with all of this cursing and the way he is handling these players. He's drawing a lot of unnecessary negative attention to himself and unnecessarily burning a lot of bridges. He may also be hurting future recruiting.

Get rid of the whole team and start from scratch after the season. If that is what he wanted to do, then I wouldn't care. I trust his coaching ability. I just feel that there is a way to go about doing it without making an *** of yourself in the process. That's all.

I find it hilarious. Some State fans would rather worry about cussing and manners than the future of a State athletic program. Sure, things suck now. However, I think Cohen is most upset because he has a bunch of ****** players who he didn't recruit and there's really nothing he can do but wait until he gets his own kids in. Furthermore, I am just going to go ahead and postulate that Polk recruited kids who were of a different mindset than Cohen is used to. Take it from me, I was in the same dorm hall as the sophomore baseball class and the majority of them think they are absolute hot **** and have attitude problems- (Most of these players are nothing special as you all know). But no, I'm not at all surprised how some of our fans are acting even after a series win.

And this is not what you expected from baseball players?

I agree with you on this. Our fans need to realize what our baseball team accomplished this weekend instead of bitching about some "he said she said" or " I heard this from a reliable source" ********.

It's more of Cohen being pissed because these guys are not producing than it is about the fact that he didn't actually recruit these guys himself. Conner might have been being a ***** ***** or complaining about something. You never hear what the player did or how the player might actually deserve the dog cussing. I don't know what exactly happened but has anybody ever thought about the fact that he might have deserved this?
