Yes, you need to click "more" inside the app and send feedback. I did and it creates an IT ticket. They responded to me and said that this was the first they had heard of it and I should try deleting and downloading the app again. I did that and still have the same problem.
I started having this problem last weekend where the audio lags behind the video. If everyone having the problem would send that feedback I think it would get addressed much quicker.

The problem is not specific to commercials but the issue is more noticeable when those appear as it audio for the game will come on when the video for the commercial is still up. You can back out of the audio and rejoin to synch that up again but they audio and video will slowing unsynch each time. Again we do apologize for this issue and appreciate your patience while this is looked into.

I had the audio issue, and I also had an issue where it kept throwing me back to when Bracewell got injured. In the 10th inning it would just throw me back to Bracewell throwing warm up pitches and it was making me miss live action.

Did the exact same thing to me. They are obviously aware of the problem but I am not sure they know how to fix it. This has been going on since last Sunday.
I missed the Slauter sac bunt and Robson hit because it skipped back to Bracewell throwing ... But I missed more due that issue as well as skipping to earlier portions of the game

Is tomorrow's game a HailState broadcast, or did I read somewhere that it was on TV? I hope it isn't that Comcast ******** channel....I have UVerse.
