Woman lawyer in Alabama just dropped a bomb on AU RS soph Eric Smith on behalf of some AU engineering student that Smith allegedly beat unconscious at a campus party. The lawsuit alleges that there is "gang activity" on the AU football team and that AU athletic dept is aware of it and has done nothing to stop it. Apparently Smith beat the dude as a part of his initiation ritual.
