He's obviously great, but I think this "next Tim Duncan" and "10-time all-star" talk is very premature. The talent is there as far as his shot-blocking but I think the Kentucky treatment makes him seem like he's a little better at present than he really is, because in his highlight reel on PTI a few minutes ago at least half of the blocks they showed were pretty clear fouls. It almost reminded me of the way Jarvis looked as a freshmen when he'd foul out in ten minutes. I think he's given too much credit on offense too. When we played he had trouble scoring in the post against Sidney because he simply couldn't move him and didn't have a great array of moves to get around him, and he's going to see that kind of resistance by way of size and/or strength pretty much every game he plays in the NBA. Don't get me wrong, he's a fantastic player and he'll be a successful pro; I just think the media treating it like a foregone conclusion that he's going to be a superstar is a little premature.
