Incredibly moving story. Probably my favorite of the series, and that's saying something considering how I thought nothing would touch "The Two Escobars."

Very moving 30 for 30. When I was growing up my family and I had an exchange student from Croatia. He was very proud of their 92 team and always talked of Petrovic, Kukoc, and Dino Radja. He wasn't fond of Divac at all. If you watched the show, Divac showed how brave he was and that he wanted forgiveness and acceptance from the Petrovic' family. Did any of you guys happen to see Petro jawin with Jordan?
And I too thought it would be hard to top the Two Escobars. I think the thing that stuck out to me the most was how tense the situation was over there (Croatia and Serbia). I was in high school during that time period, but yet didn't really grasp the magnitude of what was going on.
After the show, I immediately used our friend Google and did some historical backtracking on the subject and what I found was shocking. It literally made me sick to my stomach on how brutal those wars were. Definitely puts a perspective on what we have here and the bubble we live in.

All that over a flag.

It was far more than just the flag that Divac took from the guy. The Civil War over there made people in Yugoslavia take sides the Croats living in Serbia majority areas and the Serbs living in Croatian majority areas went through a lot of things during that time period. This Civil War is far worse than it was ever shown here in the US. Its amazing to think that something like this happened in EUROPE less than 20 years ago.
