For the mexican we have in the metro area, Jackson has some good ones. I've always enjoyed Margaritas and even though its not Jackson there is a pretty good place right up the road from it near teh county line/old canton intersection called Taqueria and they got some real good tacos. They are located kind of close to that hispanic outlet we now have in Ridgeland.

I digressed... the point being I'd eat Margaritas anyday before I eat at the ones in Starkville. Although I am a big fan of La Terraza. So you see waht I am comparing too
