If you haven't heard, the Big Train's son is playing at Callaway, and is rated by some as the nation's #1 HS FR. Callaway plays Kemper Co. and Devonta Pollard tomorrow in Clinton.

I can't make it, but hopefully someone will get us a report. Fishwater, I'm looking at you...

this morning...........good article. Horatio makes his living working with basketball players in the metro area doing skills training and from what I've heard Horatio is very well thought of in that arena.

One would think we'd have an inside track on Newman but I am not sure that Horatio is too fond of Stansbury!

and as it stands now, MSU is not in the picture with the son. BTW, Horatio is a fantastic coach/skills teacher. He is my son's MBA coach and is the best i've seen in that position. He works their *** off and they love it and him.

Horatio thinks is good at player development?

Or if he would encourage his son to go somewhere else regardless?

Sounds like he will be the type player you should make a hire for.

That things were good between him and Stans. I think Georgetown will be our biggest competition in his son's recruitment (That is unless he becomes all world and then he will probably go to Duke on UNC).

you get this from? I've never seen anything to suggest this. Malik has already been rated as the #1 player in his class in one publication that I know of. It's going to be tough to beat UK/Duke/etc, but if anyone can do it, it's Stansbury.

Maybe George Brooks or Greg Carter will find other jobs soon and we can bring him in as an assistant and also get his son. That would truly be a win win for us. I'm all for it.
