Anyone hear any news re: Bracewell?

Any postgame news about Ben's early exit today? Was he on that strict of a count or was it problems as someone stated on here earlier?

They said that it was not an issue. Just trying to get his pitch count up as the season progresses.

But maybe its what they described, a little normal tenderness, and nothing more. I'll keep my fingers crossed.

But I am a little confused because they say that it's related to his old labrum injury- which is in the shoulder, but this is an elbow issue.

I would tend to be more concerned that this is an elbow ligament injury rather than something shoulder related because of where the injury is. It would be prudent of the MD to look at both.

I hope Ben is OK, because he has worked really hard to come back, so hopefully it's nothing serious.

I would think that if he is healthy, that this would mean that he would move to the bullpen and Stratton would start from here on out.
