"thank God GA Tech doesn't play in CUSA" (about the cut block/mystery hold call)

"ref said Lee was a yard over the line of scrimmage"

"we've got to finish off drives with TDs not turnovers"

that Lee was over the line. He even went on to say that it wasn't even close, and that the guy in the booth looks at every play. It's almost like he didn't want Mullen to throw the red flag. That's 17ing low.

Since he has no loyalty to Torbrush I think he's a goner unless we do a 180 on defense. No who do we go get - I have no clue but I guarantee he goes and finds someone that has a good resume with secondaries. And I don't think Torbrush would be on the only one of the bus out of town if he does decide to make changes.

Offensively you can tell he's about fed up with Tyson but knows he doesn't have any other options that are any better at this point and doesn't want to waste Russell's redshirt on what is now a lost season.

ETA: Yeah, that was horrible of the ref. If he could challenge (and I still see that being debated) then he still should have taken the shot. That was too big of a play to not be 100% sure on.

Problem is, he was still a yard behind the LOS.

Yes, Mullen should have challenged. But the replay official had plenty of time to at least see that it was close enough to take another look. He doesn't even have to see enough to overturn it before the next snap. He just has to see whether it's close enough to look at again. He failed.</p>

I think Relf is done, especially if we land Newton. In my opinion he let the team down and as a QB he's in a leadership position whether he likes it or not.

And since he's no heisman canidate I think I'd give him to boot to send the message to my team.
