I'll chime in, long time reader, haven't done any posting. We have been quiet lately because we are in the process of getting contract brewing up and running and from there we will begin the long term plans of an actual brick and mortar brewery.

As of right now we plan on having beer on tap here in the Jackson Metro Area in the fall and will start to hit other markets as we grow and feel like we can support them adequately and thoroughly.

We are not ready to release details on who we are contracting through, Lazy Magnolia is a viable option, but their timetable for open capacity is not as quick as we would like.

Its definitely a good time to be a brewer or beer lover in MS, Crooked Letter is fully funded and has only a zoning hurdle to get passed to break ground and get started.
The other one you linked is fairly new, I have yet to talk with them about their plans but would love to.
On top of those you have Gordon Creek Brewing which is Sam Sorrels, the former brewer at the Keg & Barrel in Hattiesburg, he has his equipment and is dealing with zoning issues as well.
Lastly, there is the Old Abbeyville Brewery in Abbeyville, MS north of Oxford who is in planning.

thanks for the updates. With all the possible brew startups, hopefully someone can also get the great beer that used to be available at the Beau Rivage going again as well.

Hurricane Bock, Ruby Read Lager, and Steelhead Stout on the docket too. Is it exclusive at the casino? Available in bottles to take with you?

Biloxi Blonde is only available at the Beau and one of the casinos in tunica (I forget which one), no bottles only draft. I have not heard any plans of them bringing back any of the others yet, maybe if the blonde does well they will.

We may have a vendor booth with some schwag, its still up for debate, but unfortunately wont have any beer there. Either way the whole crew will be there making the rounds, this years going to be a good one.

Beau has bottled Biloxi Blonde for sale in the retail shops. I assume Gold Strike - Tunica (sister MGM property) would as well.
