Just had a family member call and ask if I knew why there was a "for sale" sign in Manny Diaz's yard. She said that supposedly a real estate agent confirmed that it was supposed to be there. Anyone KNOW the real reason for this so we can squash any rumors?

Ok, I bitched about all the Mullen leaving speculation earlier and now here I am offering speculation.
We know that Mullen is a stand up guy that seems to be more concerned about his staff and the program than himself. We know that Mullen Spoke with Miami last night. What we don't know is what the conversation was about.
What if the conversation was not centered around him but around Diaz. What if Mullen was pitching his friend for a head coaching job? Diaz is young and energetic and would be a home town coach for Miami. I think he would be a good hire for Miami.
Don't get me wrong, I want Diaz to stay right here, but that might explain the "For Sale" sign.
Of course, he could just be moving closer to town or campus to cut down on the commute.
