Curious if the juice is worth the squeeze?

Best types of hotels to invest in, etc?

This is THE Paddock, Sir.

We ALL own hotels..
I owned this place but I got tired of the winter care taker chopping up the doors...

In all seriousness, I own this little piece of Americana. $75 per hour, or $40 for the whole night.
No lie I’m pretty sure my parents made me stay there circa 30 years ago and needless to say I wasn’t happy - hole in the wall and several stains

I stayed one night in Funky's joint. I thought the beds had free vibrators on them at first then I realized it was the bed bugs. I woke up 10 pounds lighter. I guess you could say it's almost like a health spa for people with too much blood.

Late 80s, had some friends get football tickets and arrange for a small reunion that included a few rooms there. Still not sure if it was a joke or just being frugal. I was still a big redneck, mountain raised, and not afraid of a fight, but that was one sketchy night. There was some actual gunfire involved about 2am.

I picked up room air conditioners for repair a couple summers. I will never forget the Tradewinds Motel in Yonkers, NY. I forget the exact amount but their sign said "$20 per day. 9 AM to 5 PM."

Traveling with shirty wifi and for some reason quoting isn't working right.

I'm not invested in anything like that. Believe a couple on the forum are. One of my buddies started flipping houses and built up enough to purchase their first complex. It seems everyone is getting into multifamily because it can be so lucrative.

Rick doesn't need a room as long as a local Italian restaurant is open late and they have an open table for him to get busy on.

Kills me some of the fools on Rafters are calling for that scumball to come back. Makes me sick to my stomach.
