I stayed one night in Funky's joint. I thought the beds had free vibrators on them at first then I realized it was the bed bugs. I woke up 10 pounds lighter. I guess you could say it's almost like a health spa for people with too much blood.

How long have you had them? What did you get started with? Do you pay a management team to take care of everything?
Traveling with shirty wifi and for some reason quoting isn't working right.
I'm not invested in anything like that. Believe a couple on the forum are. One of my buddies started flipping houses and built up enough to purchase their first complex. It seems everyone is getting into multifamily because it can be so lucrative.
