vs. OleMiss ---- did he do a good enough job for us? Did Jackie and him not get along - wow -that was a long time ago and i can't remember much about him.

I remember him being here a couple of years. He must me somewhat smart because he knew to get the hell out and made a very good living afterwards. I think he left here and went to the Chiefs which surprised me at the time.

but in hindsight, it was just JWS style of play. Watson was the only OC that put some real imagination in the offense.

Arians offense was a vanilla i-formation pro set. Nothing fancy or creative. Ever.

Bruce has plenty of sense. He wouldn't have been in the NFL as long as he has without being a good co-ordinator. In comparison to where we are now, he is a genious.

1994, Tennessee game. 4th and goal, he called the play action fake to Davis and pass to Watkins for the TD. The whole world thought Davis would get the ball.

His 'O' may have been plain but he could pull one every now and then.

Bruce couldn't take the dumbness just like Barry Wilson and Gary Mullins left, they knew Emory would never change. Sound familiar to 2008? We always blame assistants and in many cases, it is the dumb *** head coaches.
