we are too stupid to have a lottery but act like we cannot figure out how to fund education, we won't pass 8% beer b/c we are too stupid.....but this guy has enough time on his hands to come up with this ****.

This is just demoralizing.

We have real problems in this state and our so-called representatives are spending their time on this garbage. This guy needs a punch in the mouth. It probably won't help, but it's worth a try.

It is easy to see why we are last in everything when we have Senators that won't introduce a bill to committee because it may put the members in a tough spot or when the LG isn't smart enough to see how allowing Mississippians to buy, sell and produce an item that the rest of the world can easily obtain could possible be a benefit economically. The old guard is all about keeping the status quo andapparentlythe new guard is just plain stupid.

If this specific idiot can pander to enough Ole Miss fans by passing this piece of crap, then as far as he is concerned, mission accomplished. He has just locked down the Ole Miss demographic in the next election.

The bill said that if you were overweight they would deny you service at a restaurant. He did it as a joke against one of his fellow house members who is rather large.

a few minutes ago, they talked with this Duvall guy or whoever. He may have gone to State, but he's obviously a bear.

I doubt it is a mistake. "Mantachie" is misspelled on his legislative site as his hometown. And the CL ran with the misspelling. **Shakes head**

**** like this is why I continue to spend my money in other states. Mississippi is a terrible investment
