I seriously wouldn't mind if they did, and he took the job. IF, we're a lock to go get Hud that is.

PAC12 is really good league and USC has to be one of the biggest jobs in college football even tho the city of L.A. in general doesn't give a 17 about USC football.

What say ye?

They seem to be a pro style school. Sarkisian makes sense, but don't know how the Pac12 handles hiring within the conference.

I think Sarkisian would bet their number one and make perfect sense, but you're right I dunno how they would feel about it, but they are in different divisions I would think.

I think schools have shown they will change identity if they think they will win. UF has gone from spread to pro style, Aub went from Pro style to spread back to pro style for a year now they have the spread again, look at ARK what they've done over the years. I see what you're saying tho. I think O'Brien up at Penn St could be looked at by them, but unless he was lying like most NCAA coaches do, he's not leaving.

I don't think so unless Dan finishes this year with 8-4 or better. USC may have had their fill with sec coaches even though kiffin really wasn't an sec guy. I think steve k like 57 said will be candidate. If they're smart they'll go after David shaw. Think shaw could win huge at USC. What's the deal with chip Kelly? Does he have a show clause or whatever?

No I asked what people thought. So that means you think they won't or you think they might. Personally, I think they look at him. I don't know if they ever end up contacting him, but I do think his name will come up in the discussion in the USC AD dept. I doubt he gets highly considered tho. They will probably go with a west coast guy. Maybe even an X NFL coach.

I think this is the job Chris Peterson would leave Boise for. Unfortunately for him, his stock is falling.

why would Mullen be on any big time program's butt sniffing list right now? that buzz faded after last year's collapse. if our offense doesn't improve and we end up not bowling and losing to ole miss, then I'll expect some changes out of mullen. starting with firing hevesey and replacing him with someone who can croot Olinemen. I want to see if he places friendship loyalty over the program like croom did. I think it is silly to say at this point a MSU fan should not mind if mullen bolted. he's proven he can coach. nobody's perfect unless your name rymes with satan.

No school prides itself on being an NFL springboard like USC. Then again, NFL Offenses haven't ever looked like they do today.

ESPN seems to be pushing Jack Del Rio, Jeff Fischer, and Kevin Sumlin as well. Holy ****, please take Kevin Sumlin.

I think that would do aTm a favor. aTm should be building a team like bama and lsu. aTm has one of the best recruiting bases in the country, unlimited resources, and in the premier conference in the country. aTm should build a ball control, defensive oriented team. That's the formula to win big at big programs. aTm should leave the offensive mindset to the teams with talent deficits when Manziel leaves IMO

I do think sumlin is a great coach, but I just don't think he's building a national power the right way. aTm should be there with bama and lsu. Meyer will have Osu there soon if they aren't already

The only smell test Dan's butt could pass at the present time would be Megan's and that would be to see who **** the bed Dan or the baby. The last time she checked it was Dan.
