I agree with several of the posts here that if you stop McCluster and don't take your eye off Bolden too much you can beat Mississippi. McCluster is a very special player but he is also very small and someone is gonna get the leather on him especially if they have to use him too much. The Mississippi recievers look average to me, certainly no Wallace in that bunch and he caused all sorts of problems which made it easier for others to perform with the way he stretched the field.

It seemed to me Memphis had great success running the football up the middle at times and Miss had to start running inside stunts to stop it, SEC teams will have more success in this area than Memphis which could make things very difficult for the Rebs.

The biggest problem was Tommy West, what a dumb ***. You have the #8 team in the country on the ropes in your own stadium and you throw a pick six with 50 seconds left in the half. If they don't pull that dumb move this game might have ended much differently, but UMiss was clearly the better team and if they improve during the season like they did last year they will still have a very good year but I don't think they are top 10.

So I guess your assumption that sec teams will have more success in this area has some holes. Also, I don't think Tommy West threw the pick six on purpose. Just guessing though.

and as many have mentioned they made great improvement as the year went on and they may do it again. No, Tommy didn't throw the pick six but he called the play, just guessing though. It is going to be interesting to see how things pan out, the biggest key to me is keeping Dexter healthy, to me he is more important to the team than Snead. Dexter may be the most dangerous playmaker in the game that is how good I think the guy is, without him UM offense will be average even with Snead.

A Mississippi fan coming to an MSU board telling the MSU fan to go to another board. Really? I know this is the sixpack and all, but sheep shearing is not "Hey! We're MSU fans that hate MSU!" When a dick from another school says something and we disagree, it doesn't mean we're sheep and should run to another board. I know it wasn't GP that you pointed him toward, but come on.....really?

I love how 95% of the Mississippi fans think that sixpackspeak is the place to put down MSU and have MSU fans agree with them.
