I have not received an app notification recently. Specifically, I didn’t get one when Hubert was let go (I assume there was one?) or for today’s football commitment. iPhone 16, iOS 26.3.1(a)
App Notifications

Click the Settings icon in the top right corner, then North Carolina MY TEAM and see if notifications are enabled there.
