What is the parking situation expected for Saturday's game ? Have they created any additional parking near the school ?

That is too far to ride a shuttle to a game. What if game is a blow out and fans want to leave early. Will shuttle run all day ?
If I recall, there is a shopping center not too far away, also. Not sure if you could park there and walk over, I would be concerned about getting towed? Anybody know if that would be an issue?
The school is about a mile or so south of town and no shopping center close by except a big pasture across Red house Rd from the stadium
Parking at the middle school or elementary school might be an option? 5 minute walk to the high school
Get there earlier enough and you can in the stadium parking lot, then no problem

Due to the large crowd expected to be attending the home Regional Football game against Richlands High School on Saturday Nov. 28th, Appomattox County High School has secured overflow parking at the old Thomasville Factory on Founders Lane, Appomattox Virginia 24522. Shuttle buses will be provided, free of charge, to take spectators to the game starting at 1:30 p.m. These buses will be taking spectators back to the Thomasville parking lot starting in the third quarter of the football game and running until approximately 45 minutes after the football game is over. There will be staff members at the Thomasville Parking lot to assist with parking and loading/unloading of passengers.
The ticket booth will open around 12:00 p.m. to purchase tickets. No one will be allowed admission to the stadium until that time as it will be closed in preparation of the game. Just a reminder that tickets are $7.00 due to this being a region football game. No ACHS passes will be accepted.
