Appomattox will make the short drive down 460w this Friday to take on the Bees of Brookville. Not sure when the last time these two school squared off but it's been sometime.
While I think the Raiders are notch above where they were last year we will see what they have for the Class3 school. Brookville plays in the talent filled Seminole District so they will be gunning for a win over the Dogwood school.

Prior to 04, they meet many times over the years. Annually for a long time. Unfortunately for the Raider faithful, the Bees had their way almost every year.

Yea, when Appo was part of the Seminole it was a yearly game. Most times when a school plays up in class, the "up" will win.

I’m sure you know Bob, but most historical information on all teams can be found on the wonderful website “fourseasonsfootball.com” Lately, I have had to access this website in a round-about manner for some reason. When I go directly to the site, the menu banner shows at the top of the page, but the links will not connect to the “state.”
