I was surprised to see the Mississippi Football Rebels are losing 3 scholarships next year due to APR - http://www.clarionledger....alks+weren+t+about+money (see page 2).

How are we looking there in football and basketball? Sucks that all defections, regardless of reason, count against APR.

I think we took a voluntary APR hit last season, to avoid a mandatory one this season.

I really doubt Mississippi will miss their 83rd, 84th and 85th scholarship players next season. And if anybody thinks for second this will limit them to 22 signees this season, I'd like to remind you that all scholarships are year to year. All you have to do is cut 3 scholarship players who aren't getting the job done.
