Considering 2+ more years of this will cause far more than 20 million dollars in damages. To continue on this path is penny wise and pound foolish.

Whatever happens, Lyons has to go. Do not let that guy hire another football coach.

We will be in the market for a new basketball coach in the near future as well, so we need to get the right guy in the ADs office.

He's going to finish out the year. After that, we'll see.

Doesn't make sense to fire him now, after VT, or during the break. If the eyeball test stays true (a loss to Kansas), the season is pretty much shot any how. Wins from here on out will be few and far between no matter who the coach is.

His X's and O's are fine, his Jimmies and Joes are not. Too many holes to fill in the dike. Losing all those players to the portal really hurt - talent wise and depth wise. We're starting to see the results now.

You can fire him and promote Harrell while looking for a coach and assessing Harrell as a coach. The season is crap now so what do have to lose.
