We are a Basketball School now... If we can beat Baylor and win the rest of our OOC games look out Top 10...
Now we just need to get Pollard on board for next year, and the RSS and/or Moultrie to come back..

I don't think they'll jump us, but they'll be right around us.

I've seen Bama, Florida andXavier play on TV, all of which are ranked in the Top 15 currently, and I think we are better than all 3 of those teams. Playing @Detroit and the Baylor game are going to tell me what I need to know about this team going into SEC play. Detroit has played poorly, but I want to see what this team handles their first true road game. Then the Baylor game will tell me how we stack up against one of the better teams in the country.

I'm not entirely convinced we are a Top 10 team yet, but if we win the rest of our nonconference schedule I will be convinced. I think we are certainly Top 15 material, and the next 2 weeks are really going to tell me if we are in that upper echelon of teams.

Fish, you have gone from zero to wooly in 2.5 seconds.

I feel the same way. This team shares the ball better than any state team I can remember. I can see us hovering around the top 10 all year.

They're undefeated and just knocked off the #1 team in the country last week.

I think they're going to end up between 17 and 20, but they're going to be close.

not impossible, but I can't think off the top of my head many times that someone went from unranked to top 15. I'd be willing to bet they don't jump itto the top 15.

1) You gotta win

2) Teams around 5 or 6 spots above you gotta lose.

That is just a rule of thumb because you can move up without a loss above by beating a highly ranked team or someone has a particularly unimpressive win (i.e. a cupcake take you to double OT).
