His biggest knock is he will take plays off and does not block on the wide run plays very well.
He has made some very impressive plays this year, and that punt return tonight was one of them. He has made some impressive catches, even a few laying on the ground and does the jump ball fade as good as any High School receiver I have seen. But he has also dropped some balls he should have caught this year in big games. He played hard tonight though as did the fullback Ben Hodges who should get a good look from Delta State.
I would like to see us take him because he is 6'4" and has the frame to get to about 215 lbs and he could get "quicker" with proper technique..... and maybe also be that guy that can play physical. He was not real physical game in and game out, but I guess that is because he plays both ways so much.
