Logan Cooke from Columbia Academy. He's apparently a highly-regarded prospect for what that's worth. Offering him a full-ride scholarship, which you usually don't do with kickers unless you think they're really good.

Bell will be punting next season. I think he's proved to an extent he can do that, so hopefully this Cooke guy has a new coach to dedicate his time ONLY on SP/ts.
Bell was more highly regarded as a punter than kicker coming out of high school. He was a high school All-American punter. He's kind of been forced into kicking duties the past two seasons because we have nobody else that's any better. Hopefully Cooke is a badass kicker so Bell can focus only on punting.
He's listed as both, but every good kicker in high school will do both punting and kicking. I can't imagine we would give a full scholly to a punter when we already have a quality punter in Bell.
