Good post hart. I think one of the things overlooked here is that Tre is getting assigned to the best outside player every game. The point is, when you are an exceptional defensive player, it takes all of your focus and energy. It goes without saying that Tre is locked in to his man. He also has to set up the offense, and the combination of these things take a toll. There is a lot of mental stress that saps your energy, and will affect your shot as well.
He has had games where he has shot well, probably because the "D" was just playing better, or he didn't have to stop a really great guard.
Forget the "tired legs" syndrome, all the kids just plain get tired at one point or another.
I think if you were to ask Tre if he needs more time to rest, he would just laugh and say "I'm doing just fine".
