once you are initiated into a fraternity you're considered a "brother" forever. Unless you get kicked out, of course.

Somebody is going to get on here and say that if you're in a frat you buy your friends, and then somebody else is going to get pissed and break rule 17, 17 times, and this thread will then go on for 3 days.

house on a couple of occassions. I remember one occassion, when I was a senior in high school, I got into one of the houses there on campus after a homecoming football game. We were walking around fraternity row. Dude ask if we are pledging, rushing (some thing like that) and we said sure. So, he invites us in a house, introduces us to a bunch of guys, shows us where the food and drinks are and leaves us to ourselves. We eat and drink and got half drunk before someone reconginized us. A guy a couple years our senior knew us from high school. He ratted us out and they politely escorted us out of the house.

It was funny at the time.

Its still funny, great story.
