Have not seen this name brought up much.... I know we'd be school number 3 or 4 maybe? Fidone and this guy would be quite the combo

Wow. The ceiling/floor of both he and Fidone would be fascinating.

We could use another TE the room a little short..

Androff was the only TE in last years class, Carnie, Fidone and AJ Rollins in the previous class..

Hickman isn’t a TE and he is more of WR..

Dude was a monster as a freshman then stepped away from football for a year. I say get him. Would he have to sit a year due to too many transfers?

A lot of red flags. Two schools, quit the team once already. Hasn't been productive. Not a good look. I know people often think a change of scenery will help but it is not certain. The bigger question is are the coaches willing to take a chance when they are just now building the culture they need while installing lots of new systems? Big risk, on paper doesn't appear to be that much reward.

Are we become the college football version of the Cleveland Indians in the movie Major League?

Wonder what the story is here. Kirby Smart:

"We’re trying to help him be the best person he can on and off the field, and that’s decisions we make each and every week"

He has had some mental health issues. No criminal behavior and my understanding is, no academic issues.

Ya got me there, and yes I did read that. If that is your main criteria, but there has to be more. He has also been at two different schools and transfered and quit. What do you value more?

No problem with getting a physical talent for competition. Unlike in the past when we took chances on someone and didn't have a solid plan b, now it seems they are just getting as many talented bodies as possible. Which is good as it drives competition and also gets rid of some dead weight.

This is not specifically towards you but,... I remember seeing a concern that since Rhule had been out of college for two years and the transfer portal was new to him, would he know how to use it to flip the roster?

I think the answer to that question is yes!!

a TE has caught 35+ passes at NU exactly one time

ever

in the history of Nebraska Football

I don't care about transferring. neither should anybody. you are projecting your own personal feelings by saying he will be a cancer just because he's transferred.

you said he's not been productive. his frosh season would rank 2nd all-time in TE receptions here.

if you want to whine about his "character" with exactly zero proof to back you up, knock yourself out. you have no clue why he transferred or "quit".

What in your estimation was the problem with Dolly? She has no apparent characteristic making her a misfit?
sounds like she was ahead of her time according to the producer of Rudolph, depression and self-esteem issues.

I think because she has mittens for hands - maybe that's the issue with A Gilbert

His adaptation to the transfer portal has been pretty amazing, actually.
