Army Game Thread?

[Gmoney4WW]

Can we have that kicker?

[TulsaFan2000]

No OT tonight…

[loudmouth]

Fire Lamb.
Go to FCS for football.
TU football is a joke.

[TulsaFan2000]

That was good from 55…

[TulsaFan2000]

Let me repeat my prior question: when does basketball season start?

[acrow]

gave it away.........just damn

[TulsaAM]

Should have called a TO before the blocked punt... Sad loss

[TU83]

Played us like a fiddle

[libertychamp]

That was good from 55…

It would be good from 80 yards with our luck lol

[TUGrad06]

frickin punter. can't get a frickin first down. ugh. defeat from the jaws of victory.

[loudmouth]

Tre Lamb is not a good coach.
He's a little yapper. That's it.

[TUGrad06]

effing winnable games with just a first down or 2. and can't effing do it. so annoyed with this team.

[TulsaAM]

I drove 12 hours to see this...

[libertychamp]

Made it over from BK senior night for the second half. Thought I was bad luck but perhaps I am a charm?

No you were bad luck lol after all y´tulsa needs to schedule Bixby ba jenks and Owasso and they would lose against All 4 teams individually or the best players of each on one team lol

I’m not ready to turn on Lamb. Any coach who beats OSU two years in a row is good in my book. But we need to clean things up.

The way he manages the game...
The way his special teams play...
The terrible play calling...

He doesn't have it. Hope I am wrong.

[acrow]

thought it was in the bag. tried to run out the clock. he was wrong and lost the game

[TulsaAM]

Baylor was screaming at the coaches after that last series "We shouldn't be here"

Not saying it's off the rails, but the coaching staff hasn't been up to the talent level this team has.

Yeah, i always want to believe. but idk. we haven't been relevant for a bit now. we beat OSU. which is just a massive fluke and no idea how that happened. we put up zero fight against arky. and we can't get by the army's of the world anymore. bleh.

glad baylor has some fire. i agree with him. i think we have some decent players that a decent coach could scheme for. there are some good moments. but allowing a block punt in that situation? can't hit a 40 yd FG? can't get 1 first down in 2 drives to ice the game?

[red dirt]

How hard is it to get a decent kicker? Junior high kids make that FG. This guy also cost us the game at Navy because he can't make a FG

[TulsaCane12]

I'll never understand why we can't get a kicker that can make 50+ yarders consistently, let alone 40 yarder. FCS teams have kickers that can do that, do we just not recruit that position?
