One thing the article does mess up is where it says tie-breaker (e) is in regards to C'ville, Turner Ashby, and Tunstall playing a 9-game schedule, whereas it actually covers those teams' opponents playing a 9-game schedule. Just add in "However, Charlottesville, Tunstall and Turner Ashby all played opponents who played 10 games" in the article and it reads correctly.
