There were a ton of people at Dudy pitching tents, grilling, and drinking beer, and there was a party going on in the parking lot of the RV's.

Combination of bad luck and complications from an initial surgery last fall to reconstruct my Achilles. The tendons in my foot stretched and gave me hammer toe in the big and second toe. Got a staph infection in the second toe and had to take most of it off in April. Then in May, I had the joint ends of my big toe removed to fuse the toe bones together (plus a couple of staples) so that my big toe will stay straight.

Just trying to make a joke about it at this point. I was thinking about being at DNF trying to get around with this knee walker I am using in that crowd after remembering what it was like being there when we set the attendance record.
