we are going to have to make a major change in how we recruit. Whatever the reason/reasons are (i think we can come up with a couple ourselves), we have had our asses handed to us.
However, unlike Croom, Mullen won't make the same mistakes for five straight years. He saw the Torbush mistake and made a change. Keep in mind that this new hire (Collins) is known as a great recruiter. I think Mullen realized he needed a big time recruiter. Mullen is correcting and improving on mistakes. I think recruiting will be done differently next year.
