I'm watching Cousins of Mich State and wondering why the 17 can't we land a guy like that?

I don't see the QB answer in Russell or Relf. So where does that leave us? Favre? I have no idea. I find myself asking how he can be much worse than Russell/Relf. Dak? Voytek? Somebody else? In any case it looks to be a couple of years aware at least.
