UK was bounced from the tourney and had 1 less win. Plus, if they beat LSU they will host...no doubt.
And Kentucky beats Lsu = RPI boost to Kentucky
Correct me if Im wrong but I think UK is around a 15 RPI and we are around a 20 RPI as of today . If we win we are 4-0 against them and would bring in more $ if we were to host. 2 big selling points to the committee. Not to mention our RPIs would be very close
