<font face="Arial">I saw where the Rebs are trying out their 3rd best-fake-turf-since-real-grass".
FieldTurf has a "track record and their client list are second to none nationaly".
It is also "a vast improvement over" Astroplay which is "The state-of-the-art turf provides a safer surface, is virtually maintenance free and boasts a life-span of up to 20 years. AstroPlay has been used by Illinois, Oklahoma State, Kansas and the NFL's Buffalo Bills."
Did the Rebs get that 20 year life-span in writing? What to do about the remaining 14?

Too bad Jerry Jones didn't find out about FieldTurf for his billion dollar stadium. He is going with the "most technologically advanced synthetic turf, called Matrixâ„¢".

The Texans and the Cardinals spends megabucks so they can play on real grass inside their domes; meanwhile, the Rebs have the best once again.</font>

for changing our playing surface. The fact you somehow kept the quote about Astroplay is scary in and of itself.

either in the stadium or practice facility, so it's not like playing on gravel or something.

I think I'd prefer grass, but I don't care that much either way. And since turf is supposedly faster (and some think safer) and we're kind of going for fast, quicker players, it makes sense. Being able to get good footing can be important for teams that play like that too.

I like a good mud game occasionally like everyone else, but we can let those be on the road.
