[QUOTE="Charleston Mountie, post: 131840507, member: 1427666"] I will be the first to defend anyone's inability to type coherently, but unlike many places this board allows you to edit your original post. I cannot understand what you have said, maybe you would like to polish the thoughts a bit? But... If I get the basic intention you are defending Coach Brown and and challenging the fandom of someone who hints he thinks WVU should be like Texas Tech in his actions. I wanted coach Brown to be The One for WVU. HE sounded perfect when he was in the process of getting hired and even after he was hired all the news and bits of character he displayed all pointed to WVU having found the architect of future and at Brown's age, maybe that would be a long future. The first year was a rough one but that is par for the course especially with the intense schedule and the thin roster, but no one cared. I did not. Then the odd news started coming out. COVID-19 was changing how everything happened and then red flag - Vic Koenig. These were troubling and the product on the field looked far different from what I expected and the payers looked less coached, less skilled and less able than they had the previous year. Worse, they looked soft and tired. The rumors began to swirl about the Vic investigation and the details came out even though WVU tried very hard to keep it under wraps. Total disappointment. Then High Street. What happened there was unforgivable. You can have an opinion that is from a place of wokeness and if your success is great you might even get away with it for a while. But Brown has been retrograding not getting better. But the one thing you cannot get away is calling West Virginia naturally racist and a bunch of low class hillbillies doing their best and needing help. Of course you can't find any video of that now.
