Don't really care, but it's going to be strange seeing DirectTV owned by Time Warner (via AT&T) competing against Time Warner Cable (albeit under a different name by then).
Basically this would give them HBO, all the Turner Properties (TBS, CNN, TNT, etc) and the Warner Bros Film Studios. The only thing that might make this a big deal is net neutrality. If they decide to white list these properties so they don't count against data caps, then it could lead to some regulatory issues. Otherwise, I don't really see the problem here.
