Buckner and RJ got tangled up, Buckner flopped like a little *****, and then the spineless officials blew a whistle. At that point, they reviewed it, but they couldn't take the foul back so the only question was what to call. Since the ball had not been inbounded yet, somehow the only option was to call it a tech. Utterly ridiculous, and a laughable officiating job
