throwing a football submarine style- like a baseball pitcher with a full windup and everyting. And of course, it got me to thinking- hmmmm....maybe we should see if we could get him a tryout for the baseball team. I will say that his windup was pretty mechanically raw- but that's to be expected when someone is farting around, and throwing a football no less.

But I don't think there is any doubt that he has a pretty good arm, and I would be willing to give him a look and see if anything comes of it. Whether he throws overhand or submarine style. If it works out, he could be a valuable guy out of the bullpen, and if it doesn't- oh well.

his uncle was a pretty dang good baseball pitcher himself. In fact one of the reasons Brett didn't get more attention out of HS was that a lot of folks thought he would go pro baseball.

Is there a rule against climbing up on the back of offense lineman to throw the ball?

mainly played 2nd and SS but the mechanics and background are there to be fine tuned. I kinda like the idea.
